What to do When a Heart Attack arrives, First Aid

Like all other muscles present in the body, our heart is also a muscle that different blood vessels supply oxygen-rich blood. If the heart does not get enough blood or oxygen, then it does not work properly and the person gets heart attack.

 Heart attack is an emergency situation for which it is compulsory to go to the hospital immediately, otherwise the person may die.

 What is the heart attack, how it feels when a heat attack arrives, how to help yourself or someone else to have a heart attack and what should not be done when a heart attack is coming? We will tell you how to tackle all these situation in this article.

 What is Heart Attack?

 Heart attack means that due to fat, high cholesterol or other substances being diluted in the blood vessel that supplies oxygenated blood to the heart, its path has narrowed and the heart does not get enough blood. In this situation, the heart is damaged and it does not work properly.

 Chest pain usually occurs for 10-15 minutes or more when heart attacks occur. Many people start experiencing symptoms of heart attack several hours, days and weeks already. However, there may be no signs or signs when heart attacks occur.

 People with angina have a higher risk of heart attack. There is not enough blood in the heart, which causes pain in the chest. These pain increases while doing some physical work and is cured by taking rest or taking medication.

 The first hint of heart attack is the repeated pain in the chest, which starts from doing any work and relaxes by resting.

 Many people are completely cured by taking the right treatment after the heart attack, so it is important that if a person is having a heart attack, then he should get the right treatment after taking the first primary treatment and time, Otherwise he may even die.

 What happens during the heart attack?

 When the heart attack comes, there is usually chest pain for 15 minutes or more, and many people start getting signs of heart attack for a few hours, days and weeks, but it can happen that the person does not feel anything. Every person has different symptoms when there is a heart attack.

 What happens when heart attacks occur?

 * Feeling pressure or pain in the middle of the chest
 * Feeling uncomfortable in the chest which will recover after some time automatically.
 * Changes in mental state Especially, in old people
 * Irregular heart beat
 * sweating
 * Breathlessness
 * Inflammation or burning sensation
 * Dizziness or unconsciousness
 * Nausea
 * Too much weakness
 * Having numbness or pain and tingling in the hands
 * Anxiety
 * Pain from the chest spreading in the upper part of the shoulders, back, jaw, throat, teeth, arms and abdomen.

 How to help someone else gets a heart attack?

 First of all, try to take that person to the hospital. If this is not possible, then call the ambulance and stay with the person. Until you get help you can give first aid to the person in the following manner:

 * If the person is in senses, then ask him if he is not allergic to Aspirin.

 * If the person is not allergic, then give him the aspirin to chew.

 * If the heart of the person is not beating, then start giving it CPR.

 * Do not leave the person alone before coming to help in any situation.

 What to do if you have a heart attack?

 There is no way to stop heart attack altogether. If you have a heart attack, you should immediately call an ambulance. Try to go to the hospital itself only when and there is no one around you.

 Unless you get help, you can do your first treatment in the following ways:

 * If you are not allergic to Aspirin or the doctor has refused, then immediately eat an aspirin. A heart attack is caused due to blood clotting or lump in the blood vessel that supplies blood to heart, because it does not get enough blood in the heart. Aspirin prevents this lump from growing so that there is no harm in the heart.

 * If possible, Open the door of your home or wherever you are, so that if you become unconscious someone can help you easily

 * After this lie down comfortably. When doing any work, the heart needs to pump more blood, and if there is already a lack of blood in the heart, then doing any work can make your problem more dangerous.
