Obesity is the situation when the weight of the person exceeds the requirement and excessive amount of fat is stored on the body. Obesity is measured by the body's Body Mass Index (BMI), which tells you how much fat is accumulated in your body according to your weight and length. Your BMI tells you weight category: -18.5 to 25 
BMI people normal weight, 25 to 29.9 BMI weight and more than 30 BMI people are considered obese. Due to obesity, many diseases like diabetes, heart disease, many types of cancer, stroke etc. are likely to occur. Obesity can occur at any age. Eating more fat food and passive lifestyles are two main causes of Obesity. It is important to adopt a change in healthy lifestyle to deal with this problem. Apart from this, you can also use some easy and effective natural home remedies with your efforts to lose weight.

 Tips and Remedies

 1. Aloe vera.

 Aloe vera is useful in the treatment of obesity, because it stimulates metabolism, thereby increasing energy consumption. It contains natural collagen proteins. In addition, it helps to remove toxic substances from the digestive tract and stomach.

 * Take two fresh aloe vera leaves, peel them out and take out the pulp.
 * Now mix one cup lemon juice or grape juice and aloe vera pulp in a blender and mix it.
 * Take it for at least one month regularly.

 2. Apple Cider Vinegar.

 Apple vinegar and white vinegar are very good sources of acetic acid. It enhances anti-obesity activities and promotes the process of weight loss.

 1. One big spoon apple vinegar
 2. A glass of water.

 1. First, mix one teaspoon apple vinegar in a glass of water.

 Consumption of green tea daily helps in reducing obesity, as well as controlling weight. Green tea is a rich source of catechin and caffeine, both play an important role in reducing obesity.
 1. A teaspoon green tea.
 2. One cup hot water
 3. honey.

 Method 

 1. First of all, mix a small teaspoon of green tea in a cup of hot water.
 2. After mixing, keep the mixture warm for five to seven minutes and then filter it.
 3. Now add some quantity of honey in lukewarm tea and drink that tea quickly.

 Drink this tea three times a day.

 4. Lemon and Honey. 

 Lemon juice and honey are extremely popular remedies for weight loss. Vitamin C fat oxidation present in lemon (fat breaks into small particles and gets converted into energy, because large particles can not be used for energy of the body) and honey reduces fat . 
 



 


 1. Half a lemon.
 2. Two teaspoons of honey
 3. A glass of hot water.

 Method.

 1. First, mix half a lemon juice in a glass of warm water.
 2. Mix the whole mixture well and then add two spoons of honey to it.
 3. Now drink this mixture quickly.

 Drink this mixture three to four times a day.

 5. Curry leaf.

 Curry leaf reduces the level of cholesterol and triglyceride. Curry leaves also treat digestion and this remedy is considered to be very good for reducing obesity.

 * 7-8 Curry Leaf

 1. Wash curry leaves very well first.
 2. Now eat them empty stomach in the morning every day.

 Method

 Repeat this remedy every day for a few days.

 6. Cinnamon.

 Cinnamon is being used to reduce obesity for a long time. Its properties increase the activity of metabolism, which helps in treating heart disease and sugar.

 1. Half spoon cinnamon powder.
 2. A glass of hot water.
 3. Half lemon.
 4. Honey.

 Method

 1. Mix one to two spoons of cinnamon powder in a glass of warm water.
 2. Now put half lemon juice in this mixture.

 7. Yogurt (curd).

 Yogurt is rich in probiotics (good bacteria). Yogurt boosts your metabolism. This way you can reduce obesity and keep weight under control.

 * One bowl yogurt

 Method

  Eat a bowl of yogurt.

 To reduce obesity, eat yogurt twice a day.

 8. Ginger.

 Ginger enhances the feeling of satisfaction and reduces the anguish of hunger. It also enhances thermogenesis, which causes more fat burning and helps to reduce obesity in a natural way.

 1. A small pieces of ginger.
 2. One cup hot water
 3. honey.

 Method

 1. First, mix ginger in a cup of hot water.
