What to avoid during Heart Attack?
 People suffering from a heart attack should avoid the following.

 1. Do not eat fried vegetables or meat.  
 2. Smoking is a major cause of heart attack, so do not smoke.
 3. Do not drink soft drinks or other drinks containing sugar.
 4. Do not eat too much salt food
 5. Do not have sexual intercourse for 2-3 weeks after heart attack.
 6. Do not eat white rice.

 1. Age: 
 Men over 45 and women over 55 can easily have a heart attack.

 2. High blood pressure:

 3. Tobacco:
 Staying around smoking or smoking people who smoke often can easily have a heart attack.

 Having Preclampsia during pregnancy leads to high blood pressure, which increases the risk of heart attack.

 12. A disease in which the body's immune system damages healthy cells such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus increases the risk of heart attack.
