Dengue Fever

Dengue fever is a disease caused by bites of mosquito infected with dengue virus. It is popular in tropical regions of the world. Dengue fever is a painful, inefficient disease, in which the severity of the pain is normal for bone breakdown. Therefore it is also called 'breakbone' (bone-breaking) fever.

Dengue fever affects about 40 million people worldwide every year, and approximately 40% of the world's population is in danger of infection. Since dengue fever is caused by a virus, it can not be cured with antibiotics.

This disease becomes very common after the rainy season. Dengue fever spreads through mosquito bites and it is highly contagious. This disease is found in more than 100 countries of Africa, North and South America, Eastern

Mediterranean, South-East Asia and Western Pacific region. North and South America, South-East Asia and the Western Pacific region are most severely affected.

It has become a very common illness disease in India for the past two decades. Dengue can affect anyone, whether it is a small child or a large person, male or female. Dengue fever is a serious and life-threatening form of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), whose prey is mostly children.

 Symptoms of Dengue Fever

Major symptoms of dengue fever include:

 1. Sudden fever (can be up to 104 degrees)
 2. Cold
 3. severe headache
 4. Muscle aches and joints pain
 5. Nausea
 6. Vomiting
 7. Feeling irritation of the skin and irritation as well
 8. In some cases measles rashes

 * The symptoms of dengue take 3 to 15 days to appear. These symptoms are not immediately visible immediately after mosquito bites

 * Within one hour of dengue virus circulation in the blood, pain starts in joints and the person can get fever up to 104 degrees. Decreased heart rate with hypotension, rapid drop of blood pressure is also the symptoms of dengue. Apart from this, being red in the eyes, showing pink rash on the face, having lymphatic inflamation can also be indicative of dengue.

 * But all these symptoms occur in the first stage of dengue, which can last up to 4 days.

 * After that the second phase begins, in which the body temperature increases so far and sweats begin too. But before this, the temperature of the body becomes normal, and the patient feels better, but this does not last any more than 1 day and in this way the symptoms of second phase of dengue begin to appear.

 * In the third phase of dengue, the body temperature begins to grow more and more, red rashes which were by far the face now appear on the whole body with the face.

Symptoms of dengue fever can initially be mild and hence many times in these misconceptions the symptoms of cold or viral are understood. In some cases, dengue fever takes a serious form, which is known as D-H-F.
D-H-F can be very fatal, resulting in bleeding, reducing blood platelet count, blood plasma leakage, or more lethal dengue shock syndrome, which can be dangerous Blood pressure is low.

 Causes of Dengue Fever

Dengue fever and dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) spreads from human to mosquito-to-humans due to bites of dengue-virus mosquitoes. Dengue virus belongs to a group called flavivirus and is usually inserted into four viral categories: D-E-1, D-E-2, D-E-3 and D-E-N 4.

Dengue virus does not spread directly from one person to another, it is not contagious and does not spread from person to person. AIDIS mosquito is needed to spread the virus. These mosquitoes can survive in light cold temperatures, this season can easily spread the virus.

 * The biggest cause of dengue is mosquito.
 * Water accumulation around the house.
 * Consuming infected water and food.

Dengue can not be understood by looking at the symptoms only, for this it should be tested on doctor's advice.

Dengue fever is confirmed only after the blood is checked. In 3-4 days, the patient's body does not fight against the dengue virus and it starts growing.

 Prevention of Dengue Fever.

Some basic steps to prevent dengue are actually the most effective solution. The only way to get dengue is mosquito bite, so the best way to stop it is to avoid mosquitoes and prevent mosquito breeding. This is especially important if there is a dengue epidemic in your city. Some ways to stop dengue are described below:

 1. Avoid stagnant water.
Mosquitoes are born in stable water. Therefore, do not let the plants, buckets etc. around the house or in the house gather in the stable water on the ground. The water should always be kept in closed containers. It can be difficult to keep the water clean in the swimming pool, especially if you can not keep it covered.

Bleaching powder can be used in the sources of water that are not for drinking, as bleaching powder prevents mosquito's growth of eggs.

 2. Avoid being bitten by mosquitoes.
Avoid bites by mosquitoes. Mosquitoes require proteins present in human blood to produce eggs. Use spraying or spraying plants to prevent mosquitoes, whether inside or outside the house.

To avoid mosquitoes, it is best to stay inside a well-closed or air-conditioned home. If this is not possible, then the mosquito's prawn must be done.

 3. Wear protective clothing. Whenever you go to dengue-affected areas, or in any area where there is a lot of dirt and mosquitoes are likely to flourish, then you should cover the body in advance. If possible, you should wear socks and foot socks in your hand, Face also covered with clothes, in this way the area of your body will decrease where mosquitoes are likely to bite. Avoid dressing in dark colors, because mosquitoes can be attracted to these clothes, so wear only the full sleeves of light colors.
