Home Remedies for Headache.

Headaches are one of the most common health problems that affect most people. Headache can be classified into three main categories - anxiety caused by headache, migraine headaches and cluster headache. Headaches can have many causes like constricting blood vessels, abnormal neuron activity, genetic reasons, excessive smoking, excessive alcohol, lack of body water, excessive sleeping, excessive use of pen killer, eyes tired, neck Pain etc. 



Most people taking medicines or eating pan killers to avoid headache. But there are also many natural remedies that can treat your headache quickly and easily.

 1. Ginger.

 Ginger helps to remove swelling of blood vessels in the head. With this help, headache is cured.

 First way.

 1. Firstly mix ginger juice and lemon juice together in equal amounts.
 2. Now drink this mixture one or two times throughout the day.

 Second way.

 1. In a spoonful of ginger powder Mix two spoons of water.
 2. Now put this paste on the forehead for a few minutes.

 Third way.

 1. You can also boil ginger powder or raw ginger in water.
 2. Then try to steam this water for a few minutes.
 3. You can also eat one or two ginger candies.

 2. Mint.

 Menthol and Methone are one of the main components of the pulmonary mass which are very effective for headache. Put a little pea leaf juice on your forehead for some time. In this way your headache will be treated very soon. 



In addition, you can also use mint tea as a compression on your forehead. Coriander juice is very effective for headache, along with mint juice.

 3. Peppermint oil.

 Peppermint contains Menthol which helps in opening the blocked blood vessels. Thereby reducing the problem of headache. There is also the comforting properties present in it.


 1. First, take three bowls of peppermint oil, one spoon of almond oil, olive oil and some water.
 2. Now mix them all together.
 3. Then put this mixture on your forehead.
 4. In addition to this you can place crush leaves on the forehead too.


 * In addition, by adding a few drops of peppermint oil in a bowl, heat the water and steam it for a few minutes.

 4. Lavender oil.

 Due to lavender oil, you get a lot of relief from the problem of headaches. According to a research, lavender oil helps cures the symptoms of migraine. 

 First way.

 1. Put a few drops of lavender oil on a tissue paper and then sniff that paper.

 Second way.

 1. In addition, you can add two drops of lavender oil in two cups of boiling water.
 2. Then steam with that water for a few minutes.

 Third way.

 1. Alternatively, you can take two or three drops of essential oil of lavender oil such as almonds or olive oil.
 2. Then massage the oil on the forehead.

 Note: Never use lavender oil to drink.

 5. Rosemary Oil.

 Rosemarinic acid present in Rosemary oil contains anti-inflammatory and comforting properties which help in treating headache.

 * First, mix the Rosemary Oil with any essential oil and massage it on the forehead.

                                OR

 1. Apart from this, you can also make herbal tea.
 2. First take one spoon crush rosemary leaves and put one teaspoon crushed sage leaves into one cup of water.
 3. Now keep it for 10 minutes to boil. Cover the vessel while boiling.
 4. Now keep tea for lukewarm and then drink it.
 5. You must repeat this tea two or three times throughout the day.
 6. If you do not have these herbs then you can also make tea with other herbs.

 Note: Rosemary oil is not for people suffering from high blood pressure or epilepsy.

 6. Basil

 Basil works like resting muscles. Basil is very beneficial in treating headache due to the exhausted muscles. Along with this, there are also the effects of relaxing and analgesic.

 First way.

 1. In a cup of water first put three or four basil leaves to boil for a few minutes.
 2. You can drink tea by mixing it with some quantity of honey.

 Second way.

 * In addition, you can add one teaspoon basil leaves or a few drops of basil oil in a bowl water and then try to steam with that water.

 Third way.

 * Also chew leaves of some basil or massage basil oil with any essential oil and press on the forehead.

 7. Ice pack.

 The cooling of the snow removes swelling and helps to repair headache. Along with this, it is also very effective to numb the pain.

 First way.

 * Take ice pack and put it behind the neck and it will give you relief from Migraine's pain.

 Second way.

 1. First take a clean cloth and then put it in cold ice water.
 2. Now squeeze that cloth and keep it on your forehead for a few minutes.
 3. Repeat this process repeatedly this way.

 8. Cloves.

 Cloves are used for headache caused by stress. It has the properties of cooling and pain relief.

 1. First, crush the clove lightly and then put it in a small packet or a clean napkin.
 2. Now whenever you have a headache, keep smelling crushed cloves, until you get relief.
 Second way.

 1. In addition to this, mix two teaspoons of coconut oil, one spoon of sea salt and two drops of cloves together on the forehead.
 2. Apply light massage on the forehead after applying.

 9. Apple cider vinegar.

 Both apples and apple cider vinegar have properties to balance acids and alkalines in the body. This gives you relief from headache very quickly.

 * Mix two teaspoons of apple vinegar in a glass of water and then drink it.

 10. Lemon and Water.

 You probably do not know, but sometimes due to the increased gas in the stomach, there is headache. To get rid of this, take a glass of lukewarm water and put lemon in it and drink it. If you can not drink this water, then you can add some honey in it too.
 People who have always had a headache due to gas, they must take this treatment empty stomach every morning. Many people suffer from headache due to the lack of water in the body, drinking water in such a way also reduces this pain.
