 2. Helicobacter pylori infection.
 Its bactria does not harm most people. But some people get stomach ulcers and infections due to this. Long-term ulcers in the stomach increase the risk of stomach cancer.

 3. Genetic Diseases.

 Eating more quantity of milk for protein, Eggs and cottage cheese.

 When selecting whole grains, select the whole grains of brinjal, whole grain pasta and whole rice. These foods contain high amounts of fiber. But they should be eaten in small quantities because after eating them you can feel uncomfortable. This applies even on beans legumes, lentils, leafy vegetables and cauliflower.

 Stomach cancer Treatment.
 The treatment of stomach cancer depends on many factors, such as the severity of cancer and the patient's health and its preferences etc. Treatment involves surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and medicines etc.

 1. Surgery.
 The purpose of the surgery is to remove stomach cancer from the body. However, during surgery, they also have to see that the cells with no cancer survive in the body. Some examples of this are as follows:

 * Endoscopic mucosal resection.
 Its purpose is to remove the tumor from the stomach in the early stages of the cancer. The surgeons get the small tumors of the stomach out of the body with the help of endoscopy, which develop into the inner layer of the stomach.

 * Subtotal gastrectomy.
 With the help of this surgery, the part of the stomach that gets affected by cancer is removed from the body.

 * Total gastrectomy.
 With the help of surgery, the whole stomach is removed.

 2. Radiation therapy.
 Cancer cells are eliminated with the help of energy rays in radiation therapy. Radiation therapy is not commonly used to treat stomach cancer because it keeps the other parts of the surrounding area at risk of harm.

However, if stomach cancer has developed or signs of excessive pain and bleeding, then radiation therapy is

considered as the main option.

 There are two types of radiation therapy that are used -

 * Neoadjuvant radiation.
 This therapy is used before surgery. With this help, the tumors are minimized so that the tumors can be easily removed during surgery.

 * Adjuvant radiation.
 This therapy is used after surgery. Its purpose is to eliminate the remaining cancer cells in the stomach.

 3. Chemotherapy.
  In chemotherapy, certain medicines are used, which eliminate rapidly increasing cancerous cells. These medicines are known as cytotoxic medicines. These medicines spread to the patient's body and strike at the starting place of cancer. Along with this, if the cancer has spread to other organs, then on the other hand, cancer cells are eliminated.

 There are two types of chemotherapy: -

 a) Neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
 This therapy is used before surgery, with the help of it the tumor is shrunk. After which the tumor is easily

removed with the help of surgery.

 b) Adjuvant chemotherapy.
 It is used after surgery. With this help, cancer cells in the stomach left after the surgery are destroyed.

 Chemotherapy is considered to be the main treatment method for gastric lymphoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumors and some other types of gastric cancers.

All procedures are complicated in abdominal related surgery, which may take a long time to recover. After the procedure of surgery, the patient may have to stay in the hospital for two weeks or more. After that the patient has to rest for several weeks to recover at home.
