Home Remedies for Dry skin.

We all know how hard it is to manage the Dry skin. Any kind of moisturizer or cream does not work on dry skin for a long time. 



 Along with that, dry patches may also occur from time to time due to the rusty skin. The dry skin occurs only when the surface of the skin decreases water. This surface breaks down due to which the upper part of the skin starts flowing or the fine line or cracks start falling.

 Use some home remedies in place of moisturizer to fix dry skin. So let's take a look on some home remedies for dry skin -

 1. Aloe vera gel benefits for dry skin.

 Aloe vera gel is used for the treatment of stiff and peachy skin. Aloe vera is also used in many products, but using fresh aloe vera gel is very beneficial for your skin. The polysachharide in Aloe vera helps in maintaining the level of the mice in the skin. It enhances collagen and elastin production in the skin. If stiffness is due to your skin condition such as psoriasis or eczema, then Aloe vera treats it with the help of its inflammatory properties.
 Material: 

 1. Aloe Vera leaves.

 Method:
 1. First, cut the aloe vera leaves and then remove the gel from it.
 2. Now massage this gel on your face so that the gel is absorbed.
 3. Now leave the gel on your face for overnight.

 2. Glycerin.

 Glycerin is not only beneficial for dry skin but it is also beneficial for sticky lips. It contains humamtant and amolient properties which are absorbed into the skin's moisture.

 Material:

 1. One teaspoon glycerin.
 2. A spoon rose water.

 Method:

 1. First mix glycerin in rose water and then put it on your skin dry patches.
 2. Leave glycerine for a few hours on your skin like this.
 3. If you feel that it is becoming sticky on a very high face, then you can wash the skin after a few hours.

 Repeat this remedy once daily throughout the day to get relief from rusty skin.

 3. Rosewater.

  Rose water cleans your skin, moisturizes and gives refreshment. It improves the blood circulation of the skin and its estrogen properties balance the PH level of the skin. 

 Material:

 1. Rose water
 2. Cotton

 Method:

1. First take cotton, and immerse it in rosewater.
 2. Then put it on your face after cleasing.
 3. Add moisturizer when your face starts getting dry.

 4. Apple cider vinegar.

 Apple vinegar contains acids which helps to regenerate the production of oil on the skin and makes PH levels normal. It also contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that increase the health of the skin.

 Material:

 1. One or two teaspoons apple vinegar.
 2. One or two spoons water
 3. One or two spoon honey.

 Method:

 1. First add the apple vinegar to the water and then add honey to it.
 2. Now place this mixture on dry patches on the whole face.
 3. Keep it for 10 minutes before washing the face.

  Use it once or twice in a week.

 5. Baking soda.

 Material:

 1. A teaspoon baking soda
 2. One spoon almond oil or coconut oil

 Method:

 1. First, mix baking soda and oil to prepare the paste.
 2. Now put this mixture on the face and massage.
 3. After scrubbing two to three minutes, wash this mixture with the face.

 Use baking soda one or two times in a week.

 6. Cinnamon and Honey.

 Cinnamon has anti-inflammatory properties. Honey is always known for skin care. Its natural home remedies help to moisturize your skin. The cinnamon capillary improves circulation and closes the pores. 

 Material:

 1. Two teaspoon honey.
 2. One or two spoons of cinnamon powder.

 Method:

 1. First mix the cinnamon powder and honey together and then put it on your face.
 2. Now wash this mixture after 15 minutes.

 Use this mixture 3 to 4 times in a week.

 7. Fenugreek Seeds.

 Fenugreek seeds contain muculi which acts as an amoliant, with which the skin is moisturizing. This herb has anti-aging, skin treatment and comfortable properties.

 Material:

 1. Two teaspoons fenugreek seeds.
 2. A few drops of olive oil or coconut oil.
 3. Water.

 Method:

 1. First, mix the fenugreek seeds.
 2. Now add oil and water to this powder so that a paste can be prepared.
 3. Now put this paste on your face and leave it like this for 15 minutes.
 4. Then wash your face with cold water.

 Use it twice in a week.

 8. Ginger.

 In ginger, phytochemicals are found in very high quantities. It also contains antioxidant properties that remove free radical damage from the skin. Ginger also contains inflammatory properties. These qualities help in treating lifeless and rustic skin.

 Material:

 1. A teaspoon ginger juice.
 2. One teaspoon honey.
 3. One teaspoon rosewater.

 Method:

 1. First remove the ginger juice and mix honey and rose water in it.
 2. Now put this mixture on face.
 3. Leave it felt like it for 10-15 minutes.

 Use it twice a week to get good results.  


 9. Yogurt.

 Material:

 1. Three tablespoon sugar.
 2. One quarter curd. 
 3. Two teaspoon honey.



 Method:

 1. First Mix the honey in the curd.
 2. Now mix this mixture well.
 3. Then add sugar to it.
 4. After running this mixture well, massage it on face and massage for a few minutes.
 5. Leave this mixture on your face for five minutes.
 6. Then clean it with cold water.


  Use this mixture at least once a week.

 10. Neem leaves.

 Neem leaves help to moisturize the skin, keep it away from problems like itching or burning. Neem treats skin well and also cleans up the skin

 Material:

 1. Two teaspoons neem leaves.
 2. A spoonful of honey or milk.
 3. A pinch turmeric powder.
 4. Water.

 Method:

 1. First, mix neem leaves with honey and turmeric.
 2. Now add water to it so that a soft paste is prepared.
 3. Now put the mixture on your face for 10-12 minutes.
 4. Then wash the face with water.

 Use this mixture four to five times in a week.


 Vitamins good for dry skin 

 Vitamin E.

 Vitamin helps in keeping the skin healthy. Vitamins contain antioxidant and phototropic properties that help protect the sun rays. Vitamin keeps the skin hydrated and keeps the skin well. You can also eat supplements of vitamin E. But make sure to talk to the doctor before eating.

 Vitamin C.

 Vitamin C is a very important antioxidant that comes from eating either the body or through supplements. Due to oxidative damage in the skin, there are problems with stubbornness, wrinkles, lifelessness. Vitamin C is used to reduce the oxidative deficiency again in the skin. It helps in photoprotecting like Vitamin E. It also helps in early treatment due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis are treated with the help of Vitamin C.
