Fatty Liver.

Liver is a main internal organ of our body, which is the largest gland in the body and the second largest organ. Liver builds bile, which helps in fat breakdown. It also helps in the detoxification of the blood. There is definitely some fat in a normal liver, but sometimes the amount of unnecessary fat increases in liver cells. 
It is a serious disease that is commonly known as fatty liver. Fatty liver disorders are mainly of two types, Alcohol fatty liver and non alcoholic fatty liver. Along with improper diet, regular drinking and drinking alcohol, obesity etc. may also be the reason for fatty liver. This disease can also be genetic (family).

 Symptoms of Fatty Liver 

 Especially, during the onset of fatty liver, frequent symptoms are not found. But when it gets bigger, then gradually its symptoms start to emerge. Many people face common problem like fatigue, nausea, stomach ache, loss of body weight, loss of appetite.  

 You should consult your doctor and get proper treatment. Fatty liver usually detects after the age of 40-60. This condition is not so serious but it can damage the liver, which is not known at the time and treatment is called cirrhosis. This can lead to other diseases like jaundice. Your liver may suffer from swelling. Excessive swelling and damage to the liver can affect the function of the liver.

 Causes of Fatty Liver.

 1. Alcohol.

 One of the main reasons for alcoholic fatty liver is to consume excessive alcohol. Fat is due to alcohol deposition on liver. Eating excessive alcohol can cause swelling in the liver, and liver can also be damaged. 

 2. Genetic.

 The parents whose parents suffer from fatty liver disease increase the risk of developing this disease. Therefore, genetics also play a major role in this situation.

 3. Obesity.


 Obesity can also develop the risk of fatty liver. High levels of fat protein in the body can also cause anxiety. Apart from this, people with diabetes and high cholesterol may also be more prone to fatty liver.

 4. Poor Diet can cause fatty liver.

 Not taking proper food and being exposed to malnutrition increases its risk. Suddenly, weight loss may also be one of the reasons. Although it does not have direct effect, but iron consumption in excess quantities can also cause this disease. Apart from this, taking too much heavy food, oily food and raw foods and also taking too much sleep can be one of the reasons.

 5. Medication.

 Certain medicines like aspirin may also play a vital role in developing this type of disease. Hepatitis-C is for patients, the possibility of fatty liver can increase. In pregnant women, cases of fatty liver development have also been noticed. This can be due to hormonal changes, but in reality the situation that triggers it is not known yet.

 Risk Factors of Fatty liver 

 A wide range of diseases and other conditions, which can increase the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Including: 

 1. High cholesterol level
 2. High levels of triglycerides in the blood
 3. Metabolic Syndrome (many diseases related to metabolism)
 4. Obesity, especially in the stomach
 5. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (Many diseases related to ovaries)
 6. Sleep apnea (Sleep disorders)
 7. Type-2 diabetes
 8. Underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism)
 9. Underactive active pituitary gland (hypopituturism / pituitary related diseases)
10. Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, the risk of fatty liver disease is most common in this disease.
11. Older people (old age)
12. People with diabetes
13. People who have obesity in their body, mainly obesity in the stomach
14. Non-alcoholic sterohepatitis is difficult to identify, without further testing, of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

 Prevention of Fatty Liver.

 In fatty liver disease, the amount of fat in the liver increases 5-10% more fat than normal. These fat is harmful to our body, and it shows problems like fatigue, and stomach burning. Those who do not consume alcohol, the doctors have not been able to properly address the cause of fatty liver. But some healthy things that can be followed by problems like fatty liver disease. At the same time, it can be rectified. Some changes in lifestyle that can prove to be very beneficial in relieving fatty liver disease, including the following.

 1. Avoid alcohol.

 Alcohol is the main cause of many other types of liver problems, including fatty liver disease. Alcohol helps to freeze fat in the liver. High intake of alcohol leads to fatty liver disease. So leave alcohol intake. This leads to a quick recovery in the condition. 

 2. Diet.

 To avoid fatty liver disease, take a healthy diet and drink more quantity of water. Reduce intake of foods rich in iron. Apart from this, the consumption of foods like bread, potatoes and carbohydrate should also be reduced. Exercise daily as it increases blood circulation and helps keep you healthy. Yoga can also be reduced by the possibility of fatty liver. 

 Do not be hungry for a long time, eat some food in short interval of time. A balanced diet containing all important nutrients such as Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Omega 3 fatty acids should be included in their diet. 

Avoid heavy diet and eat easily digested foods. Minimize sugar intake. These small healthy habits will help you get rid of fatty liver disease.

 3. Exercise.
 Some health conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity can increase the risk of fatty liver disease, so to avoid this disease, examine yourself if the symptoms of fatty liver appear in the investigation should be treated immediately. To avoid this problem, obese persons should take a healthy diet and exercise daily. To avoid the risk of fatty liver you should continue to consult your doctor.
