Apart from these, knee pain is also caused by many other diseases such as arthritis, gout and infection etc.

 Most types of mild pain in the knees are cured by self-care and other common remedies. Some physical therapy and knee braces can also help relieve knee pain. However, surgery may also be needed to eliminate knee pain in some cases.

 Symptoms of Knee Pain

 According to the reason, the place and the severity of knee pain can vary. Some symptoms and signs that sometimes appear during knee pain.

 * Swelling and tightness

 You should consult doctor immediately after the following symptoms appear -

  * Show more swelling on knees

 Causes of Knee Pain

 In many people, temporary pain is caused by injury or an accident. Chronic pain of knees can be cured without treatment. These are not always due to the same event, often due to the result of these many situations and causes.

 Some physical problems or diseases that can cause pain in the knees, including the following,

 * Osteoarthritis - It causes pain, swelling and other problems due to joint deterioration and their high condition.

 * Tendinitis - In this there is pain in the next part of the knee, which climb stairs and becomes more intense when moving.

 * Bursitis - This knee occurs frequently due to excessive use of normal, or injury etc.

 * Gout - It is a form of arthritis, which is caused by uric acid formation.

 * Baker’s cyst - In this, the production of synovial fluid begins to build on the knee.

 * Rheumatoid arthritis - It is a chronic swelling inflammatory disorder, which can cause painful inflammation, and eventually cause bone deformity and decay.

 * Meniscus tear - One or more breakdown in knee cartilage

 * Torn ligament - The ligament is a fibrous and flexible tissue, which helps to connect the two bones together. Breakdown of one of the four ligaments in the knee can cause knee pain. In the damaged ligament, most cases of antiretrasonic cruciate ligament (ACL) are found.

 * Bone tumors - Osteosarcoma cancer is the second most common bone cancer, it is most commonly in the knees.

 Some factors that make chronic pain of knees worse, including -

 * An injury to the knee structure can cause swelling and bleeding, and if it is not treated properly, it can also cause problems like chronic pain over time.

  * Sprain (wrist) or stretch in the knees
  * Using knees more
  * Infection
  * Performing physical activities in a wrong way
  * Stretch muscles inappropriately.

 Prevention of Knee Pain.

 Although it is not possible to stop knee pain every time, some of the following suggestions may help prevent knee injuries and external injuries and other joint problems -

 * Lose weight - Keep your healthy weight, it is one of the best ways to cure your knees.

 * Stay fit for sports activities - To prepare your muscles before taking part in any kind of sport, take time to make them adaptable to the game.

 * Keep body strong and flexible - Muscle weakness is one of the main causes of knee injuries. Therefore, the muscles should strengthen the quadriceps and the hamstrings, because these muscles support the knees. More tight muscles can also cause internal injuries, so it is important to stretch the body on time.

 * Exercise with caution - If you have osteoarthritis, chronic knee pain or frequent internal problems in the knee, then you may need to change the way you exercise. For at least a few days of the week, consider switching from activities with swimming or other low-impact activities. Sometimes there is relief to limit activities with more impact.

 Knee Pain Treatment.

 Treatment of the knee completely depends on its cause. Some medical options are as follows:

 1. Medicines.

 Doctors can prescribe medicines to help relieve pain and treat underlying conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis or gout).

 2. Therapies.

 Strengthening the muscles around the knee makes the knees more stable. The main objective of training is to strengthen the next muscles (quadriceps) and previous muscles (hamstrings) of the wounds. Exercise is also very important to improve your physical balance.

 In some situations, to provide safety and assistance to knee joints, some types of equipment are used, such as braces, and other types of equipment to support.

 3. Surgery.

 If there is an injury which requires surgery, then it is not necessary that you have to carry out the operation immediately. Before making any decision about the surgery, consider "non-surgical rehabilitation" and the benefits and disadvantages associated with surgery. If you choose to perform surgery, then surgery options may include the following -

 * Arthroscopic surgery - Its use is to remove knees from joints to remove looseness, to remove damaged cartilage or repair, and then to make ligaments again.

 * Total knee replacement - In this process, the surgeon removes bone and cartilage damaged by thigh bone, knee bone and knee, and transforms them with artificial organs. These artificial limbs are made of alloy, high-grade plastic and polymers.
