 Symptoms of Arthritis

Pain in the joints, tightness and swelling are among the most prominent symptoms of arthritis, as well as during the rheumatoid arthritis, the affected body may get red. This can reduce your walking speed too. In some people the symptoms of arthritis are more effective in the morning.

You can experience pain in the knee, hip, shoulder, arm or any joint of the whole body. You may get tired of rheumatoid arthritis or you may feel a loss of hunger due to slowing down the activity of the immune system.

If severe rheumatoid arthritis is not treated during the day, it can cause joints to spoil.

In gout disease, gum becomes in hands and feet and due to delay in treatment it can take a serious form, which makes combing hair, climbing staircases, etc. It also becomes difficult.

 Causes of Arthritis

Cartilage is a soft and flexible tissue of your joints. When you move and put pressure on the joints, it saves the joints by absorbing pressure and shock. Due to the reduction in the amount of cartilage tissue, there are many types of rheumatism.

Common injuries cause osteoarthritis, it is one of the most common forms of arthritis. Infection in joints or injury can reduce the natural amount of cartilage tissues. If the disease is already in the family, then the likelihood of survival will increase further.

It is a type of autoimmune disorder. It starts when your body's immune system attacks the body tissues. These attacks have an impact on synovium. Synovium is a soft tissue found in your joints, which creates such a liquid that gives the cartilage lubricating the nutrition and the joints.

Rheumatoid arthritis is a disease of synovium that attacks couples and destroys them. This can cause the bone and cartilage to be destroyed inside the joints.

 Prevention of Arthritis.

Arthritis is a serious disease, which is extremely important to treat it With balanced diet and simple lifestyle, you can keep yourself away from this disease. A balanced diet not only helps prevent disease, but it also has adequate capacity to naturally fix many diseases. Arthritis is the reason for having excess uric acid in the body.

Usually rheumatoid arthritis is dependent on drugs that reduce swelling, which is not a permanent solution to the disease, as these medications may have several side effects.
