Nowadays, people like to eat more outdoor food than home. The taste of the outside food attracts them towards them. This is the reason why there is a crowd of people everywhere in the office or college canteen or hotel.


 While some people live outside their home, they also have to eat outside food. Outside food makes you feel tasty, as well as you get a holiday from cooking, but sometimes you put it in difficult.

 Hygiene is not taken care of everywhere in the food that is found out. Neither vegetables are cleaned properly. Neither oil used is of good quality. Because of this, food is not good for our health.

 In the rainy season the food outside becomes very poor or infected very quickly. And when you eat this food, you become a victim of food poisoning. Therefore, we are telling you some home remedies to avoid food poisoning. 

 * Nausea
 * Diarrhea
 * Feeling weak
 * Stomach ache and tingling
 * Fever
 * Headache etc.

 You can avoid this problem by consuming certain food items. So let's know about some effective food poisoning remedies -

 1. Lemon

 Lemon contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties. Bacteria die from lemon consumption. So drink lemon juice in a empty stomach. You can also drink it twice a day.
 * Drink lemon juice and a little honey in warm water and drink it.
 * By adding sugar in lemon water, you can also drink its syrup.

 2. Apple cider vinegar

 Apple vinegar contains an acid that increases the body's metabolism rate. Thus, it can remove many symptoms of food poisoning. It calms gastrointestinal lining and kills bacteria, gives you instant relief.


 * Mix two teaspoons of apple vinegar in a cup of hot water. Drink it before eating it.
 * You can drink two to three teaspoons of apple vinegar if you wish.

 3. Curd

 Curd is a type of antibiotic, so for food poisoning treatment you should add it to your diet.


 You can add water and sugar in the curd and make it slim and drink it like a lassi. Even after adding a bit of black salt to the curd, it will also benefit.

 4. Garlic

 Garlic also has anti-fungal properties. It also removes problems like diarrhea. 
 Empty stomach in the morning you can eat the raw buds of garlic with water. It is also beneficial in high BP. 

You can drink even after making it juice.

 5. Basil.

 Basil helps in relieving the problems caused by food poisoning in the stomach. Antimicrobial properties present in it fight against micro-organisms. You can use basil in many ways.


 Take a bowl and put basil leaves, black pepper and a little salt in it. Consume it twice a day, until its symptoms disappear.

 Boil the basil leaves with water and tea leaves and make a decoction and take twice a day. If you want, you can also add a little sugar.
