Pimples (Acne)

You know all about Acne or pimples. Although people with oily skin suffer from acne, it can happen to anyone. Acne is basically a disorder related to the oil glands. These oil glands are present under the skin. Due to hormonal changes, the activity of the gland increases in the teenage.


 The skin hairs or pores of the skin are attached to the glandular cells from the inside, due to which the symbiotic oil skin is produced in the pore hole. But due to hormonal imbalances, when oil becomes more oil, then this oil closes the pores of the hair, which causes acne or rash. 

 Types of Pimples (Acne).

 There are many different types of acne, and they have different symptoms.

 1. Whiteheads - They are also known as a closed comedo, they live under the skin. It appears as a small, flesh-colored man.

 2. Blackheads - They are also known as an open comedo, they are clearly visible on the surface of the skin. Due to the oxidation of melanin (skin pigment), it is dark or dark brown. Due to their color, some people think that this is due to dirt. Because of which people rub it heavily. In fixing these, scrubbing does not help. It can irritate the skin and cause other problems.

 3. Papules - These are small, solid, round granules that grow in the skin. It is often pinkish.

 4. Pustules - These are powdered grains. They are clearly visible on the skin surface. They have red bottom and pus up.

 5. Nodules - Their shapes are like papules, but they grow up. It can be painful and can be deep in the skin.

 6. Cyst - These are clearly visible on the surface of the skin. It is filled with pus, and is usually painful. It usually leaves the marks on the skin.

 Pimples (Acne) Symptoms.

 Although acne is not a serious disease and you do not have to worry about losing your life due to acne, but it has some health effects. It is said that many people with acne suffer from digestive problems. It also affects the mental health of the person. People with acne sometimes feel deficient in self-esteem because of their nature. 

 Acne can disrupt the dream of getting your beautiful skin. Everyone wants to get healthy looking skin. Therefore it becomes important to get rid of acne. They can be cured by using domestic and ayurvedic medicines for the treatment of acne.

 1. Hormonal Imbalance.

 The hormones change during teenage and pregnancy. During these life events, the activity of the oil glands increases and sometimes excessive production of sebum is produced, which inhibits the follicles of the skin and causes pimples.

 2. Digestive System Causes Acne.

 Acne is a prevalent disorder associated with skin. It can be anywhere but usually seen on the face and neck. It is very important to prevent them to keep your skin clean. Not only external, but sometimes due to internal factors also acne occurs. So by changing your diet and lifestyle, you can get rid of acne.

 1. Diet to prevent acne and pimples  

 You should eat healthy, warm and cooked food that is not dry. Try to avoid hot and spicy food. This can cause inflammation of the skin by increasing the gall blight. Reduce consumption of alcohol, cheese and coffee. Drink water of normal temperature and do not consume cold water. The consumption of ice cream and cold drinks should be reduced. Avoid consumption of raw food.

 2. Skincare for Acne 

 Take good care of your skin. Use herbal soap to wash the skin, which keep your skin soft. Do not use various cosmetic materials. It can damage your face in the long run. Also protect your face from dust and dirt. Do not keep your hands on your face, because hands-on bacteria can go to your face with a touch of hands. 

 It is good to go in the sunlight, but make sure you do not stay in sunlight for a long time. There may be acne due to excessive sun exposure. You should cover your face properly while coming out of the sunlight.

 3. Enough sleep for Acne

 A very simple way to treat acne is a very simple solution, you get good sleep. Sleeping at least 7-8 hours per day to maintain a healthy and efficient metabolic system. If you do not sleep properly, your mental health may get worse, which can affect your metabolism. So you relax well so that you feel fresh and happy when you wake up in the morning.

 4. Exercise helps prevent Acne 

 Exercise reduces the stress and sweats from the body. Sweat helps to get rid of toxins from the body, thus it is also beneficial in preventing acne. Do the bath after exercising.

 Pimples (Acne) Treatment.


 If your acne is not cleansed with the impaired drugs, then the doctor will recommend more effective medicines or treatment. 

 1. Skin Drug.

 These medicines work best then When it is applied on a happy and clean skin for 15 minutes. Perhaps you do not see the benefits of this treatment for a few weeks. And you may also get irritable skin in the beginning, such as dryness, peeling skin and becoming skin red.

 Your doctor may suggest some tips to reduce these side effects, including gradually increasing the dose of medicine, after keeping the medication for some time, washing it or changing the medicine.

 The most common outbreaks of acne -

 * Retinoids - They come in the form of creams, gels and lotions. There is vitamin A in retinoid drugs. This protects your skin from closing the pores of the skin.

 * Antibiotics - For the first few months of treatment, you can use both a retinoid and antibiotic. Looks antibiotic in the morning and retinoid in the evening. Examples - benzoyl peroxide, clandamisin.

 * Dapsone - Applying gel with retinoids increases its effectiveness.

 2. Oral medicines.

 a) Antibiotics - For medium to severe acne, you may need oral antibiotics to reduce bacterial and fight swelling. Examples - Minocessylans and Doksyskline.

 b) Combined oral contraceptives - Combined oral contraceptives are useful in the treatment of acne in women and teenage girls.

 3. Acne scar treatment.

 Procedures used to reduce the marks left by acne include the following procedures:

 i) Soft tissue filler - soft tissue filler like collagen or fats is inserted through the injection of skin and marks under the marks. So that the marks in the skin will be filled or stretched. This makes the mark less noticeable. The results are temporary, so you will need to repeat injections from time to time.

 ii) Chemical peel - High power acid is inserted inside our skin. In which the upper layer of the skin is removed and the deep mark is reduced.

 iii) Dermabrasion - This process is usually reserved for more serious marks. In this, the rotating brush is sanding the skin surface layer.

 iv) Laser reshasing - In this process, laser is used to improve the skin.

 v) skin Surgery - Using a small process called Punch Excision, your doctor will cut the scars of each acne. And repair the holes located at the place of the marks, with the help of stitches.
