Home Remedies for Pimples (Acne)

Pimples are a common problem of acne skin. This problem affects people of all ages people. Because of the level of hormonal growth in the body, young people suffer most from acne.




 Lack of sleep, excessive stress, habit of unhealthy eating habits and a busy lifestyle can also cause acne. 

Acne can appear on the face, chest, back and head. Although they have no definite treatment, but there are many simple natural ingredients that can be used to remove acne.

 1. Oatmeal.

 Oatmeal is beneficial in reducing acne because it cleanses the skin pores of your skin and absorbs excess oil.

 Mix one cup of cooked oatmeal in one teaspoon honey and half lemon juice. Rub this mixture on your skin. Leave for 30 minutes and wash it with lukewarm water. Repeat once or twice a week.

 2. Baking Soda.

 Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate acts as a benign layer for your skin. Thus, it removes the pore and removes dead skin. It helps to regulate the pH balance of the skin and also reduces swelling and also has antiseptic properties. Due to all these characteristics it is an excellent remedy for cleansing acne.


 Mix baking soda with one or two spoons of water and make paste and put it on the face. Wash it after a few minutes. You can mix two tablespoons of baking soda, a spoonful cinnamon powder, half lemon juice and five spoonful honey together. Put this paste on your face and wash after 5 minutes. Use baking soda once or twice a week on your skin.

 3. Toothpaste.

 You use toothpaste regularly to clean your teeth, but it can also cure your acne problem. It is one of the easiest home remedies for acne. Before going to bed, place a small amount of white toothpaste on the affected area. Toothpaste reduces swelling and dry the acne. Within a day or two, you can see significant improvements.

 4. Tea tree oil.

 Another popular natural remedy for acne is Tea tree oil. Tea Tree Oil acts as an antiseptic.

 In addition, it helps to kill acne bacteria. Just place a drop of tea tree oil three times a day on the affected area.

 Applying pure tea tree oils causes irritation, redness or excessive dry skin in the skin, then dilute it using water in Tea tree oil or make this mixture with aloe vera gel and then apply it on your face.

 5. Orange peel.

 The acidic property involved in an orange and high vitamin C is a perfect remedy for acne. You can also use its bark with orange juice, the peel can be more effective.
 Put orange peels in the sun and dry them thoroughly. Grind dry peels in the form of powder and mix water to make a paste. Apply on the affected area and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face with hot water.

 6. Aloe vera gel.

 Aloe vera has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties that can cure acne in a few days. Aloe vera gel is also helpful in the treatment of acne marks.

 You can buy aloe vera gels from the market or cut a leaf from an aloe vera plant and press it from the middle, by which you can get a pure aloevera gel. Use aloe vera gel twice a day on the affected area.

 7. Fenugreek.

 Fenugreek can also be used in the treatment of acne. It has antioxidant and antiseptic properties. Mix fresh fenugreek leaves with water and make a smooth paste. Apply herbal paste to the affected area and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face with hot water. To cure acne, repeat this process for three to four days.

 Alternatively, grind a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and make powder and mix a little hot water to make a paste. Place this paste on the affected area. Leave it for 20 minutes or overnight and wash it again, you can repeat this two or three times a week.

 8. Neem.

 Make a paste of soft neem leaves mixed with a little water. Mix some turmeric powder in this paste and then apply it on the affected area. Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash it. Do this at least twice a week. You can also apply neem oil once or twice daily until you see improvement.

 9. Lemon.

 Acidic properties of lemon can be very useful in the treatment of acne. The lemon cleanses the dirt out, which gets stored in the pore hole. You can use it on your skin daily, but if it is drying up the skin then use it every two or three days.

 Rub a piece of lemon on the affected area and leave it for a few hours before washing your face with water. You can also prepare a mixture of rose water with equal amount of lemon juice and use this solution to fix the well-affected area.


 By using these simple and easy natural remedies, you can solve this problem of acne to a lesser extent. For the best results, you should follow a healthy lifestyle. If you can not successfully cure your acne with these home remedies, then you should consult a doctor
