Home Remedies to Heal Wounds.

 Minor wound is a type of injury in which the skin is cut, burst or peeled. It includes cuts, scratches, rifts, puncture wounds, bursts, slight irritation and depressing boils. Accidents or injuries are the most common causes of this type of wound.

 There are some risk factors that increase the likelihood of a person suffering from wounds, including age, illness, steroid use, radiation and chemotherapy, diabetes and excessive smoking.


 Some symptoms of bleeding, including bleeding, redness, swelling, burning, pus, pain and sympathy etc. All wounds need to be cared for to prevent infection.

 Natural remedies can be cured by small wounds at home. But serious, deep or infected lesions require the care of a doctor. From the following measures to repair small wounds, you can use that remedy for the better.

 The proper cleaning of the wound is important to ensure better treatment. The easiest way to clean minor wounds is with clean water. To wash the affected area, use cold water for a period of 10 to 15 minutes, with light soap in moderate pressure. If you do not have filtered water then use boiled water cooling or distilled water. It will help to remove most of the dirt, debris and bacteria. In addition, cold water will help reduce pain. Use a clean towel to dry the area with light hands, then cover it with sterile dressing or bandage.

 1. Coconut oil

 Coconut oil can effectively heal the wounds due to its amazing antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and treating properties. It has been proven by many studies. Coconut oil can also keep the infection away and can erase the traces of the wound.

 Apply high coconut oil to the injured area. Put a bandage on it to prevent moisture. Repeat coconut oil 2 or 3 times a day and replace the bar. Follow this remedy for several days to stop the mark.

 2. Neem paste.

 Neem contains high content of essential fatty acids, which produces collagen, maintains skin flexibility, and promotes wound healing. Also, it has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

 Mix 1 spoon neem juice and 1 spoon turmeric powder to make a paste. Put this paste on the wound and leave it for a few hours, then clean it with warm water. Repeat this for a few days.

 3. Turmeric

 Turmeric is a natural antiseptic and antibiotic agent that can be used to repair small lesions and to prevent infection. According to a study published in the journal Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry magazine, the curcumin found in turmeric improves wound healing by adjusting collagen and decreasing reactive oxygen species.
 If blood is bleeding, then you can put turmeric powder directly on the wound, the bleeding will stop immediately. Mix well enough linseed to make a paste of 1/2 teaspoon turmeric for better healing. To reduce the pain and prevent infection, place this paste on the wound 2 or 3 times a day. You can drink 1 teaspoon turmeric powder in a glass of hot milk and drink it some time before sleeping.

 4. Aloe vera

 Aloe vera has been used for the treatment of wounds for thousands of years. Aloe vera has analgesic, anti-swelling and soothing properties. In addition, its gel is rich in phytochemicals, which can reduce pain and swelling, increase the amount of moisture in the skin and can promote treatment.
 For the treatment of minor wounds, cut an aloe vera leaf and remove it from the jail and put it on the wound and let it dry now. Clean the area with hot water and dry it with soft towels. Repeat this action several times a day, until the wound does not completely fill.

 5. Garlic

 Garlic has been used to cure wounds for many years due to antibiotic and antimicrobial properties. It reduces the pain by stopping the bleeding and helps in wound healing. In addition, garlic boosts body's natural protection to prevent infection.

 In case of bleeding, clean the wounds with water and place some crushed garlic on it. Pain and bleeding will stop immediately. To help recover the wound, crush some garlic in the form of paste and spread it on a piece of sterile bandage. Put it on the wound and wrap a similar strip around it. Leave it for 20 minutes, then clean it with hot water. Repeat this action twice a day, until the wound is completely cured.

 6. Potato

 You can use potato poultice to fix small lesions. It helps to moisturize the injured area and encourages quick treatment. 

 Fry 1 to 2 raw potatoes and spread them on a clean cloth. Put poultice on the affected area. Leave it for 4 to 5 hours, then remove it and clean this area with warm water. Reopen a fresh potato poultice. Keep using it daily until the wound is healed.

 7. Helpful vitamins.

 There are many vitamins and minerals which can help in the treatment process of different types of wounds. To promote new cell growth, eat foods rich in vitamin A such as carrots, melons, pumpkins, and tomatoes.

  To help make your body collagen and new skin tissue, eat rich foods containing Vitamin C such as broccoli, grapes, kiwi, orange and chillies. To promote healing, eat wheat, walnuts, almonds and spinach, like Vitamin E.

 To encourage wound healing, eat zinc based foods like whole grains, nuts and seeds. Eat foods containing B-complex vitamins such as cottage cheese, spinach, beans and fish to help wound healing and skin health.

 8. Honey.

 Applying a thin layer of honey helps in the preparation of a light wound. The honey treats the wound in two ways - its acid properties prevent infection and honey removes the discharge from the wound. This begins to recover from the wound rapidly.

 9. Apple cider vinegar.

 Use apples Cider vinegar for a remedy for wound healing. Put one teaspoon apple vinegar in hot water. Either you can take bath with that water or you can put a mixture on cotton wool. Apple cider vinegar has properties to kill proteins, enzymes and germs. This helps in fighting infection.

 10. Lavender

 The essential oil of lavender helps to heal the wound quickly. Just have to put two to four drops of lavender oil on the area of ??the wound. Repeat this process two to five times throughout the day. Lavender oil fills the wound and clears the scars that remain in the end.
