 1. First fill the hot bottle with hot water and then place it on the shoulder area of ​​your shoulder for 10 to 15 min.

Massage you get from a professional or who you know to massage. For massages, olive, coconut, sesame or sarson oil can be used.

 7. Apple Cider Vinegar.

 1. First, put two cups of apples cider vinegar in a hot water bath or bucket.
 2. Now sit for 20 to 30 minutes in the bath tub or put that water on the shoulder after running it well.
 3. Make sure to enjoy this water for a few days once a day.

 8. Ginger.

 Ginger contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help in the removal of any type of pain and swelling. Along with this, it improves blood circulation, which leads to faster treatment of shoulder pain.


 1. Drink two to three cups of ginger tea daily. To make tea, place one teaspoon ginger pieces and one or a half cup of water to boil ginger for 10 minutes.
