Home Remedies for Muscle Pain.

 There is a complex system of muscles in the body and in the muscles of any part of the body you can have pain and pain anywhere else. This is a very common complaint which starts arising from excessive work. Usually pain begins to feel within 12 to 48 hours. In some cases muscle pain starts with a slight annoyance, but sometimes it becomes too serious for your health. Because of which you begin to feel the difficulty of fulfilling your day-to-day activities.

 If you are struggling with muscle pain then the first thing you need to keep your body hydrated with enough water. If your body does not have enough water then your muscles will get stiff, and they can also easily hurt them. Apart from this, you can also adopt some natural home remedies which will keep your muscles healthy and will not feel any kind of pain.

 1. Hot water treatment for muscle pain.

 Treat your affected areas with a hot water 24 hours after the start of the pain. This will not hurt your muscles and you will also get relief soon. Using it, blood flow will increase and the treatment process will also get a speed. Do not use this procedure within 24 hours of starting pain.
 1. First fill hot water in your bath tub and mix rock salt in one cup. Rock salt contains magnesium which reduces the pain of your muscles.

 2. Stay in this tub for at least twenty minutes.

 3. Make sure to do this process one or two times throughout the day. With this help you will help to reduce your muscle stiffness and pain.

 4. If you do not have a tub then you can also put water on your affected areas.

 2. Turmeric for muscle pain.

 Turmeric acts as a painkiller and has anti-inflammatory properties.
 1. Mix one spoon turmeric in a cup of milk. Now heat the mixture on light flame. Now drink this mixture after heated.

 2. Apart from this, you can prepare the paste after mixing fresh turmeric, lemon juice and salt together. Now put this coating on your affected areas and leave it like this for 30 minutes. Wash the paste with water after 30 minutes. Make sure to mix this mixture twice a day.  

 3. Cold pack for muscle pain.

 Wherever you have muscle pain, if you apply ice packs, it will help you to reduce pain and swelling. Ice will help to tighten blood vessels so that your blood flow will be less in the affected areas.

 1. Put a handful of ice in a thin towel.
 2. Now wrap this towel and apply it on the affected areas for about 15 minutes.
 3. Repeat this process every hour.
 4. Do this process for 24 to 72 hours.

 4. Ginger benefits for muscle pain.

 Ginger acts as a natural anti-inflammatory property and improves blood circulation and blood flow. The use of ginger removes muscular pain. According to a study, if you consume raw ginger or burn it, then your muscles and injury will be treated very well.
 1. Put a ginger tightly wrapped in a cloth. Now put this cloth in hot water. Keep in mind that for a short period of one minute this cloth is to be put in hot water. Now remove the clothes from the water and keep it for cooling. After cooling, place this garment on your affected areas for 15 minutes. Repeat this process several times throughout the day for two to three days.

 2. In addition, you can drink three cups of ginger tea daily. To make these herbal teas, cut ginger into small pieces and put it in two cups of warm water. Allow ginger to boil for 10 minutes. Now filter this mixture and drink little honey in it and drink it.

 5. Apple cider vinegar for muscle pain.

 Apple vinegar is another great way to remove the pain of your muscles. There are also anti-inflammatory and alkaline properties that help reduce pain and swelling.

 1. First pour lukewarm water in your bath tub and mix two cups of apple vinegar in it. Now sit in this tub for 15 to 20 minutes. Use this procedure daily until your muscles are rested.

 2. In addition, you can drink a teaspoon apple vinegar and a spoonful of honey mixed with warm water. Make sure to use this mixture once a week for a whole day.

 6. Rosemary for muscle pain

 Fresh and dried rosemary leaves contain anti-inflammatory properties which help in getting rid of muscle swelling and pain quickly.

 1. In the eight cups water pour three fists dry daily leaves of the rosemary.
 2. Now keep it for boiling.
 3. After boiling, remove it from the flame and leave it for 20 minutes.
 4. Place the mixture on your affected areas for 15 minutes.
 5. Make sure to use the mixture two to three times a day. 
  
 7. Mustard oil for muscle pain.

 Mustard oil is considered a natural medicine. Which helps in increasing blood flow on the surface of the skin. Using it will reduce your muscle stiffness and relief from pain too soon.

 1. Break 10 pieces of garlic.
 2. Heat them in four teaspoons of mustard until it becomes golden brown in color.
 3. In it you can also add a bit of camphor pieces. (Alternative)
 4. Cool the mixture now and filter it.
 5. Massage this oil on the affected areas slowly.
 6. Try this remedy several times a day for a few days.

 8. Banana for muscle pain.

 Banana is a very good home remedy for muscle pain reduction. This fruit is a rich source of potassium. Deficiency of muscle weakness, fatigue and cramps begin with deficiency of potassium.

 1. Eat daily to get rid of muscular pain and closeness.
 2. Apart from this you can also drink banana milk shake. By consuming this mixture your body will be available in high quantities of potassium and calcium.


 The next time you have muscle pain, use these remedies instead of taking pain medicines. If the pain in the muscles increases further, consult with your doctor about it.
