Home Remedies for Cracked Heel

 The dry and torn edges of women show that you are not paying attention to your body at all. The skin of the ankles ruptures because there is no oil gland present there.  1. Lemon for cracked heels

 Acidic properties of lemon juice helps in fixing rusty skin. By mixing lemon juice with rose water and glycerin, this mixture becomes even more effective for torn ankles. Glycerin softens the skin (hence it is used in many cosmetic products) On the other hand, rose water has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties which help in the treatment of ankles cracks.
 Material

 1. 1 teaspoon salt
 2. 1/2 cup lemon juice.
 3. 2 teaspoons glycerin
 4. 2 teaspoons rose water
 5. Hot water
 6. Pumic stone or foot scrubber

 How to use Lemon?

 1. Take a hot water tub or bucket and add salt, 8 to 10 drop lemon juice, one teaspoon glycerine and a spoonful of rose water and mix well.
 2. After adding it, put the feet in it and keep the same feet for about 15-20 minutes.
 3. Use the pumic stone or foot scrubber to rub the ankles.

 Note: Lemon can cause irritation on your skin, as well as it can cause stupidity. Do this process according to your skin or patch test.


 2. Lemon juice and vaseline for cracked heels.

 With acidic properties of lemon and the moisturizing properties of Vaseline, you get relief from dryness and itching.

 Material

 1. 1 teaspoon Vaseline
 2. 4 to 5 drops of lemon juice.
 3. Hot water

 How to Use Lemon and Vaseline?

 1. Soak your feet in hot water for about 15-20 minutes.
 2. Dry your feet after soaking.
 3. Now mix a spoonful of Vaseline and lemon juice with a few drops.
 4. Now put the mixture on the broken ankles and massage them, so that the mixture is beneficial to the inside of the skin.
 5. After wearing the mixture, keep warm socks overnight.
 6. Then wash the feet with water in the morning.
 7. Hot socks will help keep the body warm, which will also benefit from the ankles.

 3. Vegetable oil.

 The fat present in vegetable oil provides moisture to the ankles and provides nutrition as well.

 Material.

 Two spoon vegetable oil.

 How to use Vegetable oil?

 1. First wash your feet and thoroughly clean them with clean towels.
 2. Then apply vegetable oil on your ankles.
 3. After putting oil, wear thick socks overnight.
 4. Wash your ankles again in the morning.

 Make sure to use it everyday in the night before sleeping.

 4. Paraffin wax for cracked heels.

 Wax works like a natural amolient that helps to soften the skin. It also treats the ankles in the cracks and pain.

 Material.

 1. 1 tablespoon paraffin wax.
 2. 2 to 3 drops mustard / coconut oil.

 How to use paraffin wax?

 1. Take some amounts of wax and mix it with mustard oil or coconut oil.
 2. Now put the mixture in the pan and stir until the wax melts well.
 3. Now keep this mixture to be lukewarm.
 4. Then put this mixture on your ankles.
 5. To get good results, you put this mixture before sleeping on the night and then wear socks.
 6. Now wash the ankles with water in the morning.

 5. Honey.

 Honey is considered to be a natural antiseptic that helps to cure torn ankles, and its cohesive properties help to make the skin look like before.

 Material.

 1. One cup honey.
 2. Hot water

 How to use Honey?

 1. Mix one cup honey in half a tub hot water.
 2. Now dip your feet for about 15-20 minutes in it.
 3. Scroll the ankles to make the feet soft.

 6. Olive oil.

 Olive oil contains nutritious properties which help to soften your ankles skin. This is the most effective natural way to make soft and healthy edges.

 1. One spoon olive oil.

 How to Use Olive oil?

 1. Put olive oil in your ankles with the help of cotton, and massage with this oil for 10-15 minutes.
 2. Keep wearing socks for a few hours after applying and then wash feet.

 7. Coconut oil.

 Coconut oil keeps the skin hydrated. It moisturizes the rusty skin and removes dead skin cells. It provides moisture by going inside the skin.

 Material.

 1. 2 teaspoon coconut oil.
 2. A pair of socks.

 How to Use Coconut oil?

 1. Put coconut oil in your ankles.
 2. After applying, wear socks before going to bed.
 3. Wake up in the morning and wash the ankles.
  
 8. Baking soda.

 Baking soda is used as an exfoliant. Its anti-inflammatory properties removes dead cells and protects the skin from being rigid.
 Material.

 1. Take 3 spoons baking soda.
 2. Hot water
 3. A bucket of pumic stone.

 How to use Baking soda?

 1. Two or three thirds fill your bucket with hot water and then add baking soda to it.
 2. After mixing baking soda, mix well with water, keep your pero in it for 10 to 15 minutes.
 3. Then remove the feet from the water and rub the ankles with the pumic stone.
 4. Wash the ankles with clean water.

 9. Aloe vera gel.

 Aloe vera makes the skin appealing smooth. It cures cracks in the ankles and promotes collagen synthesis. The amino acids present in it help to soften the skin.
 Material.

 1. Aloe vera gel.
 2. Lukewarm water.
 3. A tub
 4. A pair socks.

 How to use Aloe vera gel?

 1. Immerse your ankles in lukewarm water for a few minutes.
 2. After drying the legs, put an aloe vera gel in your ankles.
 3. After that wear socks and keep the Aloe vera gel in your para overnight.

 10. Apple cider vinegar.

 Acid in the apple vinegar makes the skin dry and removes dead skin. Once exfoliate, a fresh and healthy skin will start coming out.
 Material.

 1. 1 cup apple cider vinegar.
 2. Hot water
 3. A tub

 How to use Apple cider vinegar?

 1. Put hot water in your tub and then add apple cider vinegar to it.
 2. Now dip your feet for 15 minutes in it.
 3. Then scrub the ankles so that the dead skin can be easily removed.
