Remedies for Seasonal Allergies.

According to Ayurveda, cough defect is related to earth and water. Because the earth is heavy and the water is cold, due to these properties, water flows through the mucus, cough, sneezing and nose in the cough defects.


 In addition, the slow digestive fire is also the cause of allergic reactions. If we have to avoid this allergy, then we should eat hot and light food in contrast to these qualities.

 1. use Hot Dairy products.

 We should not eat cold dairy products, such as cold milk, ice cream, cold coffee etc., because of the use of these, we can have allergic problems during the change of weather. That's why we should take hot dairy products to avoid the problem of weather allergies.

 2. Hot food.

 According to Ayurveda, hot cooked food should be consumed only. This gives relief to the digestive fire. If we consume raw and cold food then the digestive fire can not digest it properly. Bad digestion produces toxic substances from food that can cause many types of allergies. Therefore always eat hot cooked food.

 3. Neti Pot

 Neti pot should be used for seasonal allergies. Its use helps in removing the allergy caused by the filth of the nose in the path of the nose. It should be used at least once or twice in the morning in winter or summer week.

 4. Nasya For Allergies.

 Nasya is an Ayurvedic practice in which Ayurvedic oil is inserted into the nose. With this practice, the dry nose gets moisture and the benefit of the herbs goes directly into the nose. This provides relief from nasal discomfort and allergies. It should be used at night before sleeping.

 5. Spices Good For Allergies.

 Hot spices should be used to cure weak digestive flames. Especially ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and black pepper, along with it, should also be consumed with basil and Long pepper which help keep our respiratory system good.
