What is Diabetes?

Diabetes is considered to be the most dangerous lifestyle disease in recent years. Every year thousands of people are affected by it. Diabetes can be controlled, but it can not be eliminated by root. If diabetes is not controlled, its effect falls on kidney, heart and blood pressure. In diabetes the amount of blood sugar or blood gulcos increases in the body. This happens when there is a lack of Hormone insulin in the body or that insulin does not fit the proper rhythm with our body.

  What is Diabetes?
This disease is not caused by any virus or germ. Humans eat food for energy, this food turns into starch, then starch changes into glucose, which is transported to all cells, which gives energy to the body. Energy is required to do any task. The body also needs energy and the body does it with its available glucose in the body. Glucose from the blood provides energy by reaching the cells through the hormone called insulin.

Insulin is produced by the pancreas in the body. Insulin transmitting glucose to other cells, the insulin in the body of the diabetic patient is stopped or reduced due to which the amount of glucose or sugar in the body is high. Diabetic patient is unable to make full use of available glucose in the body.

Diabetes is a metabolic disorder. If the increased amount of glucose in the blood is not treated at the right time, it is harmful to the vital organs of the body.

What are the Types of Diabetes?

In the body of diabetic patients, the amount of insulin is reduced, which can be controlled but cannot be eliminated. In this, insulin is given to the patient from outside. By which their life continues to be normal.

Diabetes is kept in two categories -
Type 1 diabetes means not to make the body insulin.
In type 1 diabetes, pancreatic beta cells can not make insulin, which is untreated. It affects diabetics and young people up to 19 years of age very quickly.

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disorder, in which white cells of the body destroy pancreatic insulin-producing cells. Therefore, type 1 patients have to make insulin in their blood through injection. There is no proper use of insulin produced in the body in type 2 diabetes. Pancreatic acid does not make insulin due to the excess amount of insulin in the body. Therefore, patients of Type 2 can depend on oral medicines and proper lifestyle.

 Diabetes type 1 reason.

Diabetes type 1 is found more in children and adolescents. In children, this disease comes due to genetic material. If any one of the parents has diabetes, chances of having children also increase.

By the way, the exact and 100% correct type of type 1 diabetes is yet to be detected, because in this, it becomes absolutely impossible to make insulin in the body of the child or it becomes very less.

Children who are affected by Diabetes Type 1 have the following symptoms:

1. Without any reason the body trembles

2. Weakness
3. Appear less than eyes

12. Not being suitable for long periods of injury.

Due to diabetes type 1 in children, when glucose starts to increase, it starts to go out of the body through urination. The body feels more tired and children are not interested in general things too.

Type 2 diabetes means that the amount of insulin in the body is not enough or the present insulin is not used properly, due to which Glucose does not go into cells and their blood volume increases.

In patients with type 2 diabetes, the amount of insulin in the body is low or the body is unable to use insulin completely. In this, the body makes insulin, but in the work volume and many times they do not work well with insulin. Type 2 diabetes can be controlled by yoga, avoiding and proper eating. This diabetes happens to adults.

It is necessary to balance the amount of sugar in the patient's body of diabetes, because it can be life-threatening for the patient in both lower and higher conditions.

Carbohydrate is considered as the energy giving food and carbohydrate is an important part of our diet. When we eat carbohydrate, it changes into the stomach and turns into energy called glucose. This energy has to reach the millions of cells present in our body so that the energy of the body by burning our cell glucose. This work is possible only when our pancreas produces insulin in sufficient quantity. Insulin is a hormone that regulates the body's metabolism of carbohydrate and fat. Without insulin, glucose cannot enter the cell and gets accumulated in the blood vessels. In such a way, the person does not get the strength that he wants and the person becomes ill with diabetes.
