Causes of Hair Loss.

Every person wants black and dense hair. Unclean hair loss does not look good to anyone. The direct impact of hair fall falls on the beauty. Due to short hair, humans also feel more at age. At present, this problem is growing very rapidly. 


According to a study, men's hair loss problem is more than that of women. But hair loss and slimness are not less in women. Hair loss can also be stopped, but it is important to know the exact cause. So let's know some similar reasons.

 1. Anemia Causes Hair Loss.
 Nowadays the lack of blood has become a big problem in women. 10 out of 20 women are victims of anemia. Anemia occurs due to iron deficiency in the body. The hair of people suffering from anemia is delicate and thin. Lack of red blood cells due to lack of iron in the body. These red blood cells work to deliver oxygen to the whole body including hair follicles. Without adequate oxygen, the essential nutrients do not get necessary for the development and strengthening of hair, which causes the problem of hair fall.  

 2. Smoking Causes Hair Fall.
 Genotoxicants present in smoking substances destroy the DNA of the hair follicles. Your hair is made of these hair follicles. This is the reason for the growth of hair. If these are destroyed once, the growth of your hair becomes slow or it stops.

 3. Hair Loss due to Lack of Nutrients.
 To maintain hair health, the most important nutrients present in the diet. Therefore, a reduction in balanced diet means loss of hair.

 * Lack of Protein Causes Hair Loss.
 If you are taking low amounts of protein in your diet, then your body closes the consumption of protein for hair. Due to this lack of protein increases the hair loss. Our hair is made of protein called caratine. Protein is directly related to the development and quality of our hair. As well as controlling the repair of hormone tissue, protein is important for various functions within the body. Most people take insufficient proteins. But due to poor absorption, our body may also be deficient in protein. If you do not take enough protein, you should include meat, chicken, fish, beans, soya products, almonds, yogurt and eggs in your diet.

 * Hair Loss due to Zinc Deficiency.
 The lack of zinc in the body is the reason for the hair being delicate, weak and broken. The lack of zinc also affects the hair of the eyebrows as well as the head hair. Zinc is an important mineral which helps in the development and repair of tissues. It helps in the maintenance of oil-secreting glands associated with hair follicles. So when there is a lack of zinc in the body it directly affects the hair growth. Apart from this, deficiency of zinc leads to deficiency of protein in the body. Protein helps in forming hair.

 * Vitamin B Deficiency Cause Hair Loss.
 Vitamin B deficiency is also a cause of hair fall. Although all vitamins are essential for the body, vitamin B affects the hair directly.

 4. Hypothyroidism Causes Hair Loss.
 Hypothyroidism is caused by an increase in the gland present in the throat. This gland saves the thyroid hormone. This gland also helps in the body's metabolic process, growth and development. When it does not function smoothly, the problem of hair loss is generated as a reaction. Underactive thyroid i.e. abnormally inactive thyroid does not produce enough thyroid hormones and can affect hair growth. It can affect the structure of the head and other hair of the eyebrows as well.

 5. Scalp Infection Causes Hair Loss.
 Due to an unhealthy scalp, hair follicles can cause swelling problems, which causes difficulties for hair growth. Head infection causes hair loss. There are various types of head infections. Tinea capitis is the most common head infection. This is a type of fungal infection. These fungi can live on dead tissue of hair and can spread easily. These fungus can affect the parts of the head or the whole head. This disease often affects the children.


 6. Hair Loss due to Physical Stress.
 Hair loss due to any type of physical injury, such as surgery, car accident, severe illness or flu. It is a type of telogen effluvium in which the skin of the head goes quickly in the telogen phase i.e. and prevents the formation of hair. If you are a victim of such a situation then it will affect your life cycle. 

 7. Emotional Stress Causing Hair Loss.
 In mental stress, hair is more prone to physical stress. There can be any reason for this, which forces you to think too much. For example, in the event of a divorce, after the death of a loved one, anxiety of old parents, shortage of job loss etc. Not all types of mental stress are the cause of hair loss. If you are constantly thinking about something or are mentally unhappy then you can definitely lose hair due to this.

 8. Hair Fall due to Sudden Weight Loss.
 Sudden weight loss is also a type of physical stress. This problem can arise even if it is important to reduce the weight. In the process of weight loss, stress increases on your body or the wrong habit of eating food can be the reason for lack of vitamins and minerals. The wrong habit of eating food is also a problem which is also called anorexia or bulimia.
