Dry Skin Care.
Everybody wants a beautiful, clean and shiny skin, and why not? Dry and oily skin have a lot of skin related problems. In many people, dry skin is not a sign of any problem or disease, but it can be due to the usage of hard soap, itching clothes or moisturizer use for a long time.

On normal, healthy skin there is a thin layer of natural fat. It keeps moisture in the skin and helps in keeping the skin soft and tender. There are many reasons for the skin dry. Generally, whatever you use on your skin, the skin's natural oil is less and the skin can become vulnerable. Sometimes it happens due to internal reasons such as your health, menopause or genetic disturbances etc.In rusty, itchy skin, spots can appear anywhere on the body. These spots, mostly occurs on arms, lower legs and stomachs.

 Causes.

Some people make the biggest mistake when applying a moisturizer that they put it on a straight skin. In that situation, it does not work properly.

Misuse of moisturizer can cause skin.
In reality, moisturizers are an important part of dry skin care, but experts say that people do not use them properly and properly. Along with this the choice of the right type of moisturizer is also important. Experts suggest that people with dry skin should use light moisturizer. In which there is no perfume or chemical. Moisturizers should be slightly thick and smooth to maintain the moisture required for rustic skin care.

 How to use moisturizer?

Use moisturizer when your skin is slightly moist. That means that there is moisture in the skin immediately after bathing or after washing, it is best to apply it at that time. Because doing so, the moisturizer keeps the skin moisture in the skin. Do not do it now that you use it on wet skin. After bathing or washing hands, wash them with towel and then moisturizer on the skin. Let it soak the skin for a few minutes.

  1. Dry air causing dry skin.
Dry air is the most common cause of dry skin, especially in the winter season. It causes moisture to be taken out of the skin and it is also itching due to the skin's rigidity in winter. Due to the cold winds, the skin is drying, but in this time the heater kept inside the houses is also a big reason for the skin rigidity. During the summer, the air conditioner has the same effect on the skin.

 * Use Moisturizer to avoid this. Reducing heater heating slightly in winter can also help. Apart from this you have to moisten an air in your bedroom. You can use Humidifier.

 2. Long hot showers bad for skin.
By staying in touch for long periods of water (especially hot water), your skin's natural oil starts decreasing. If your skin feels tight after bath, then it means that it is drying up.  For this, you should start bathing with a shower. According to the dermatologists if you want to bath for a longer time then reduce the duration of your bath.

 * Now the question arises that taking a bath in winter is a big thing, how to take bath with cold water in the dizziness of the skin. For this, you do not need to take a bath with cold water, but water should be lukewarm rather than very hot. For this, just soak your body with shower while bathing and stay away from shower for as long as you find soap.

 3. Dry skin caused by soap.
The use of soap reduces the skin's natural oil rapidly, and people use it very much. Only soap or cleanser should be used in parts of the body where necessary. For example: face, hands, leg, genital and underarm etc. The rest of the body should be washed with water only.

Although the doctor and the mother always ask to wash hands properly because there may be problems even if not doing this. The dilemma is that when trying to get rid of germs, excessive washing can cause the skin to become rigid due to which there may be problems in cracking and bleeding in the skin, which also increases the  likelihood of infection in the skin.

 * To take care of dry skin, choose light and odorless soap. According to experts, it is better to use a cleanser instead of soap for people with rustic skin.

 4. Dry skin caused by itchy clothes.
Some sweaters can be very good and attractive, but in spite of this they are uncomfortable. If you wear a sweater, you experience itching, then it is not necessary to buy it as good as they can also cause skin infections.

Using it can be itchy more and dry skin is sensitive anyway. Therefore, wearing uncomfortable clothing continuously can also cause itching problems in your skin.

 * Using good washing powder to wash such clothes can also be beneficial. So buy clothes that do not feel uncomfortable once you wear it.

 5. Medications cause dry skin.
The skin is also curly with side effects of many medicines. These medicines are as follows:

 1. High blood pressure such as diuretic drugs etc.

2. In the case of acne and other skin problems, medicines such as retinoids etc. If you feel the skin problems after starting any medication, talk to the doctor, they can reduce your dose.
