What is Nasal Cancer?

 * Reduce the use of tinned or too much salted fish. Do not give this type of food to young children.

 * Keep your work area fully healthy and take care that all the rules of safety should be obeyed there.

 * Follow a healthy diet and balance your weight. Eat more vegetables, fruits, cereals and at least eat red and processed meats. The risk of developing cancer can be greatly reduced by all these things.

 * Exercise regularly.
