What are the Causes of Diabetes?

There are many reasons for diabetes such as poor lifestyle, obesity, more sweet food etc. The reasons which are most commonly seen in diabetes are the following:

 1. Diabetes Caused by Genetics.
Researchers have not fully understood the role of genetics in the development of diabetes. If parents have diabetes then it can affect their children too. Genetics plays a role in determining how likely you are to develop diabetes.

 2. Lack of Exercise Causes Diabetes.
Exercise muscular tissue gives a better response to insulin. This is the reason why regular aerobic exercise and resistance training can reduce the risk of your diabetes. Talk to your doctor or experts about the exercise plan, which is safe for you.

 3. Poor Nutrition.
Bad nutrition can contribute to type 2 diabetes. Higher diet in calories, fat and cholesterol boosts your insulin resistance.

 4. Diabetes Due to Obesity.
Excess fat in the body can cause insulin resistance. Fatty tissue can cause inflammation, which can increase insulin. But people with some overweight diabetes do not develop, so more research is required regarding the relationship between obesity and diabetes.

 5. Insulin Resistance Causes Diabetes.
Lack of insulin production can be type 1 diabetes. This happens when the cells producing insulin are damaged or destroyed and the production of insulin is stopped. Insulin is needed to transfer blood sugar to the whole body. As a result, the lack of insulin leaves a lot of sugar in the blood, which is not enough in the cells for energy.

Insulin resistance can be type 2 diabetes. This occurs when insulin is normally produced in the pancreas, but the body is unable to carry glucose in the cells for energy. To overcome body resistance, pancreas produces more insulin, but cells can not send insulin forward. Which causes type 2 diabetes.

 6. Pregnancy.
A small percentage of pregnant women can develop gestational diabetes. It is estimated that the hormones developed in the umbilical cord interfere with the body's insulin reaction. It leads to high levels of insulin resistance and glucose in the blood. During pregnancy, women with gestational diabetes are more at risk for developing type 2 diabetes later.

 7. Diabetes Related to Age.
According to a research, risk of developing type 2 diabetes increases with age as well. Especially after the age of 45. Although incidents of type 2 diabetes are increasing in children, teenagers and youth. Due to age, less exercise, muscle reduction and weight loss etc. are the possible causes.

 8. Reduce sleep.
Chances of getting sugar in patients with less sleep increases. Sometimes sleeping is a normal thing but if you are continuously sleeping then be careful. Sugar disease makes such a prey to such people.

 9. Eating too much food.
More food is not only harmful to the digestive system but it can also make you a patient of sugar. Some people do not have control at all and they eat bitterly, and such people often eat more than their capacity. Some great person has said that to eat the stomach, not to fill the mind. so eat as much food as needed. Diet is also the reason for eating more than necessary.

 10. Staying in a lots of stress.
Doctors believe that in excess stress, our sugar level increases. If you are constantly surrounded by conditions like stress or depression then be cautious. Those who become more stressful, increase the risk of sugar.

 11. Do not perform physical work.
People who work on the chair in the office throughout the day and do not exercise at all, the chances of getting the disease of sugar increase 80%. A little physical exercise is very important for proper digestion of food. Physical inactivity directly affects your immune system. So do a little exercise regularly.

 12. Junk Food Consumption.
Whatever junk food you have, there is no strength or energy that your body needs but all of them, fat, oil, all this is very much. Continuous consumption of these foods may affects your digestibility. People who eat more junk food become victims of sugar.

 Reason of Diabetes.
 1. High blood pressure.
 2. Genetic.
 3. Insulin deficiency.
 4. High cholesterol.
 5. Not having the right food.
 6. Tension.
 7. Lack of physical work.
 8. Drugs, Smoke.
