Benefits of Baking Soda.

 * Mix one or two tablespoons baking soda in a cup of cold water. Dip a clean wash in it and squeeze out the maximum water for five to ten minutes on the affected area. Do this two or three times a day.

 3. Baking Soda for Nails

 Now you do not have to hide your yellow and spotted nails in pocket because baking soda has a very simple and cheap solution for your problem. Baking soda is a great bleaching agent that removes stains from your fingernails and makes them clean, white and beautiful.

 * Mix one tablespoon baking soda, one tablespoon 3% hydrogen peroxide and half cup of water in a small bowl.

 * Unless the baking soda dissolve well in it, keep adding this paste to the help of a spoon

 * Dip your nails into this solution for 2-3 minutes.

 * Repeat this process once every two weeks.

 4. Baking Soda for Body Odor

 When the deodorizer is present in your kitchen then why do you need to buy chemical deodorant from the market? Baking soda is a natural deodorizer that helps remove the deodorant coming from the body.

 * Mix baking soda and cornstarch in equal quantity and sprinkle in your underarm

 5. Baking Soda for Teeth Whitening

 * Apart from this, you can also make homemade dent-whitener. Mix two spoonful of turmeric powder and three spoons of coconut oil in two tablespoon baking soda. Mix them well and prepare a paste and use it twice a day.

 6. Baking Soda for Nail Fungus

 * Mix two tablespoon baking soda in 1 cup raw apple vinegar. Dip the affected nail into this solution for five minutes. After that, clean your nails with the help of towels. Repeat this procedure twice a day.

 * In addition, you can prepare a paste with the help of two tablespoon baking soda and hot water. Apply this paste to the affected nail for a few minutes and then wash it with warm water. Do this every day in a day.
