How many calories is needed in Diabetics?

Diabetes mellitus occurs most often after the age of 40. Or say that the disease already occurs but people know only after 40. So keep in mind how much calories your body needs in such a way -

If the person is older and does not do much work, then he should take 1500 to 1800 calories throughout the day.

The thing to understand now is that according to the person's body, his diet chart can be different. If the

person is fat and reduces the hard work, then according to his weight it can take 20 to 25 calories per

kilogram. If you work hard then it can take 30 calories per kilogram.

Slim person can take 2200 calories daily and if diligent, then he can increase by 5 calories per kg.

If a person is very lean then he needs less calories. He can take 20 to 25 calories per kg according to his weight and he has to do physical labor, then he can increase by 5 calories per kg.

In diabetes, the person should take more calories from carbohydrate-containing ingredients i.e. the distribution of your calories in this way -

 # 40 percent calorie With carbohydrate
 # 40 percent calorie With fat things
 # 20 percent of calorie With protein

If the person is fat then eat less fat things and thus distribute calories -

 # 60 percent calorie With carbohydrate content
 # 20 percent calorie with fat
 # 20 percent of calorie with protein

In this way, the person has to prepare his diet chart and accordingly he has to take a lifetime diet.

If a person has a sugar in your family already, then be careful too and make sure you have your diet right now.
