1. Ginger for back pain.
Ginger is used for vomiting and also for waist pain, it is extremely beneficial. Ginger contains inflammatory properties which help you to relieve the pain of the waist.
First way
1. First, prepare ginger paste and then apply this paste it on the affected areas.
2. Let it dry. After drying, wash it and put Eucalyptus oil.
Second way
1. Cut 4 to 6 fresh ginger into thin pieces and then put them in a cup.
2. Keep it warm for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Then put the mixture to cool down.
4. After cooling, filter it and then mix it with honey and drink it.
5. You must drink ginger tea twice or thrice in the day, or until your condition gets cured.
Third way
1. you can also make herbal tea.
2. First, combine one or half spoon black pepper, one or half teaspoon cloves and one teaspoon ginger powder together.
3. Then allow them to boil for some time.
4. Drink this mixture after boiling.
2. Basil leaves for back pain.
Basil leaves also treat your back pain very well.
1. Put 8 to 10 basil leaves in a cup of water and keep boiling until the water is half.
2. After this, put the mixture to cool down and then add salt to it.
3. For light pain, you must drink this mixture once a day.
4. For severe pain, you drink it twice a day.
3. Herbal oil for back pain.
Massage your back with herbal oil. This will relax your muscles and remove backache. You can use herbal oil like eucalyptus, almonds, olives or coconut. Heat oil and then massage it slowly on the back pain area.
4. Garlic good for back pain.
Garlic is another home remedy which helps in treating back pain. Eat empty stomach two or three garlic clove daily in the morning. You can also massage your back with garlic oil.
1. To make garlic oil, heat coconut oil, mustard oil and sesame oil on light flame and then add 8 to 10 garlic clove to it.
2. Allow it to roast until the garlic becomes brown.
3. Now filter the oil and keep it to lukewarm.
