Colds are infections that are spread by viruses, which affect the part of our respiratory system in particular. Cold body is a sign of disease-resistant ability.

1. Garlic.

Garlic is a common ingredient in the kitchen that has many extremely beneficial properties. some According to the research, the use of garlic provides relief very soon. It contains antimicrobial and There are antiviral properties that kill winter colds viruses and symptoms Help in relief.

 * 1-2 garlic shank.

 * 1 teaspoon honey.

 Peel the garlic first and then place it with honey and eat it.

2. Honey.
Honey contains antiviral properties. This is a very effective way to treat colds and sods. Its antioxidant properties help resist the immune system to fight viruses or eliminate winter cold bacteria. You can use raw or organic honey to get good results.


 * You can only eat one spoonful honey or mix a glass of warm milk and drink it before sleeping at night.

3. Special Tea.
By mixing one quarter cup dry dry roasted coriander seed, mix half a teaspoon cumin seeds and fennel seeds and one fourth spoon of fenugreek seeds. Now boil a cup of water and add half a spoonful of spices and half teaspoon sugar candy. Boil three to four minutes. After this, add milk and drink hot.

 6. Turmeric Milk.
 Turmeric contains curcumin in which the properties of antibiotic and antioxidant are present. Drinking hot milk with turmeric gives relief from cold.

 1. Mix turmeric in milk first and then mix whole milk well.
 2. Drink this mixture before sleeping at night.

 7. Cinnamon.
 Cinnamon has antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties that help in the treatment of infection and cold cold symptoms.

 * 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
 * 1 teaspoon honey

 1. Mix cinnamon with honey.
 2. After mixing it eat it.

 8. Salt. 
 Mix salt in lukewarm water and then peel it over. Gargling with hot water will help reduce throat pain and soreness. Water will hydrate your throat and help fight salt infection.
