Remedies for strengthening teeth.

Some research has shown that due to problems related to mouth, there are many other health problems such as heart disease, stroke, discomfort in bowel movement, kidney disease, sugar and oral cancer.  1. Oil pulling.

 It is a very old Ayurvedic remedy which helps to strengthen teeth and gums. This remedy does not cause dehydration in the teeth. Oil pulling process not only cleanses the mouth impurities, but also kills mouth bacteria and harmful germs.

 1. First, put two tablespoons of sesame oil in the mouth.
 2. Keep the oil in the mouth for 10 - 15 minutes after placing it.
 3. Now spit the oil.
 4. After spitting, take lukewarm water in the mouth and then rinse.
 5. You can also add salt to water to kill mouth bacteria.
 6. Now brush teeth.
 7. Repeat the remedy for the empty stomach daily in the morning.
 8. You can also use coconut oil for oil pulling.

 2. Calcium aur vitamin D

 Calcium and Vitamin D help in keeping body's bones and teeth strong. Their deficiency affects the health of teeth, making the teeth weak and easy to move. If you eat diet which is rich in calcium and vitamin D, there will be no shortage in the body and teeth and bones are also not damaged. It has also been proved in research that taking supplements of calcium and vitamin D gives good health to the mouth and teeth are also strong. You can take their supplements after consulting your doctor.

 3. Mustard oil and salt.

 Salt and mustard oil help to strengthen the teeth. Using this remedy daily, the health of poor gums will be good and it will also strengthen your teeth. Salt contains antiseptic and antibacterial properties which prevent the growth of mouth bacteria.

 1. First, combine salt and mustard oil together.
 2. After the paste is ready, take it on the finger and apply massage on the affected area and start massaging for a few minutes.
 3. After massaging, keep warm water in your mouth and rinse it for a minute.
 4. Repeat this remedy twice a day, twice a day.

 4. Basil.

 Basil helps keep your mouth healthy. It keeps the mouth fresh and protects the mouth from infection. This leads to lower mouth germs and bacteria. These bacteria work to increase odor in cavity, plaque, and mouth in tooth. Also, the properties of its estridge strengthen the gums and thus do not weaken the tooth.


 1. First, keep the basil leaves dry for a few days to keep it dry.
 2. Now grind the leaves in the mixer.
 3. After preparation of basil leaves powder, use it to brush teeth.

 5. Peppermint.

 Antibacterial and antiseptic properties in mint help in keeping teeth and gums healthy. Also, a research conducted in 2013 found that the mouthwash of the mint lowers the problem of mouth odor.
 1. First, pour the leaves of mint in water.
 2. Now heat the mixture for half an hour.
 3. Then filter the mixture.
 4. Now keep this water in the mouth and then rinse for a few minutes.
 5. Repeat this remedy daily like this.
 6. Also add some drops of mint oil to a glass of water and can also rinse

 6. Green tea.
 One research found that green tea is a very good remedy for mouth health. It contains fluoride, polyphenolase which kill bacteria. Due to these bacteria, diseases of rottenness, cavity and gum are beginning to cause teeth. Drinking it does not even cause stench in the mouth. Drink green tea regularly, two to three times a day, throughout the day. You can also drink green tea without mixing sugar or honey to strengthen mouth health and teeth.
