Home remedies for itchy throat

Sore throat can often be caused by allergic or flu. In this way, you have pain in the neck and do not feel like eating or drinking anything. If you have more sore throat then go to your doctor, but if the sore is low or light, then your problem may be removed from some home remedies. In this article, we have given you some excellent home remedies for sore throat. 


 1. Honey.

 Honey is very tasty to eat, which is mixed with other ingredients and used for sore throat. Honey relieves pain and helps fight infection. Do not give this mixture of honey children under one year and those who have sugar problem should not use this remedy.
 1. You can take a big spoon of honey daily in the morning.
 2. In addition, in a lukewarm water every day, one tablespoon honey can be mixed and drink it.

 2. Ginger tea 

 You can drink hot ginger tea daily to cure sore throat. Drinking this tea can reduce the problem of throat pain, soreness and irritation.
 1. Half-piece ginger.
 2. A glass of water.
 3. Half a teaspoon honey.
 4. A teaspoon lemon juice.

 1. Peel the ginger peel first and then rub it.
 2. Now heat the water in the vessel and close the gas after being hot.
 3. Then put a big spoon of ginger in hot water and cover the vessel.
 4. Now cover the vessel like this for ten minutes.
 5. Then put the juice of honey and lemon in the vessel and drink after mixing the whole mixture well.

 3. Mint tea.

 Mint helps to clean the throat. Menthol in the mint, which dilutes the sputum and relieves the throat swelling and cough. Mint contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral properties which can relieve the throat problems. You can buy mint leaves from the market and prepare mint tea in the house.
 1. First take a handful of mint leaves.
 2. Now heat a glass of water by putting it into a vessel.
 3. After the water is warmed, put the mint leaves in it.
 4. Allow the water to be warm for three to five minutes.
 5. Now filter the water and drink it.
 6. Drink this mixture twice a day.  

 4. Cinnamon.

 Cinnamon is very aromatic and delicious spices, which contain the properties of antioxidant and antibacterial. This is a very old remedy for colds and flu. You can also drink cinnamon with herbal tea or black tea. 

 1. Half cup almond milk
 2. A teaspoon cinnamon powder.
 3. Half a teaspoon baking soda.
 4. One small spoon honey.

 1. First, mix cinnamon and baking soda in a vessel.
 2. Now add almond milk to it and then run the whole mixture well.
 3. Now keep the whole mixture warm and heat until it gets boiled in the mixture.
 4. Now remove the vessel from the gas.
 5. Then put honey in the mixture.
 6. Drink after mixing the whole mixture well.
 7. Use this remedy twice a day, of course. 

 5. Chamomile tea

 Chamomile tea provides relief very quickly with any problem. It has been used for therapeutic treatment for many centuries. It has properties of anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and astringent. Some researches say that smelling Chamomile gives a lot of relief from the throats like cold and cold symptoms. By drinking chamomile tea, your health also benefits you.
